
How long until I receive my order?
Orders usually take 5-7 business days to process on average. Some items may be shipped much quicker and if there is any reason it will take longer, you will be notified as soon as possible. Shipping is generally 2-5 business days within the United States. Most of our orders are shipped either USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
I'm a last minute shopper. Will I have my gift in time?
Before you buy, contact us to get a definite time line. We do offer expedited shipping as well via USPS Express Mail (overnight) for an additional fee.
I placed an order, and now I need to change it. Can I do that?
Yes. Contact us as soon as you realize you need the change. If you need to add to it, we'll put the two orders together and ship in the same shipment if possible. You can remove items from the order if they
haven't been processed for a full refund. See our return policy for more information.
How do I know if my order has shipped?
Login to your account with us. Click on the "Check My Order" at the top of the screen. You will be able to check detailed information about the status of your order.
What Shipping Method(s) do you use?
We ship using United States Postal Service. Almost all of our orders are shipped either First Class Mail or Priority Mail.
What Payment Method(s) do you use?
We accept payment from all major credit cards, debit and eCheck through Paypal. Using paypal to process payments keeps your information private. We do not collect any financial information or keep it on record. You do NOT need an account with Paypal to pay either.
Can I have my order shipped directly to the recipient? If so, how?
After choosing to proceed to checkout, enter or choose your saved billing address and uncheck the box "I also want to ship to this address". You will be prompted to enter a separate shipping address. This shipping address will be applied to your entire order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. If international shipping isn't an option for the item you'd like yet, please feel free to contact us for a shipping rate quote and a separate Paypal invoice to accomodate the additional shipping charges.
Do you have any store locations?
No. At this time, we are strictly an online store.
I can't find the item I was looking for. Is it still available?
Possibly. If an item is not listed on our site, it may have been discontinued or just on back order. Please contact us if you have any trouble finding the item(s) you are looking for.
Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes. If bulk discounts are not listed on the product listing page, please contact us for a personalized quote.
Why is "Gift Date" required on all items?
On each listing, there is a gift date to choose from. This is the date you plan to present your recipient with their gift. We use this as a guide to get customer's their items in time. However, this doesn't mean that orders with farther gift dates are pushed to the back of the line.
If there is no specific gift date, just choose today's date.
