For items that are engraved incorrectly, the customer should contact us within 7 days of receiving the item(s).  A new item will be engraved immediately and shipped to the customer.  After receiving the corrected item, we ask that the buyer use that packaging to return the mis-engraved item.  We use these as "test pieces".

For items that are engraved incorrectly because of a customer error, the customer should contact us within 7 days of receiving the item(s).  A customer service representative will work with you to purchase new items to be engraved correctly.  Again, we ask that the customer use that packaging to return the incorrect items, as we use these for "test pieces".
