Due to the customization and personalization of our products, we cannot offer a money back guarantee. We have experienced artists that will work on
your photo gifts and we do our best to get it to perfection. If, due to the photo, we cannot get it to a satisfactory final product, you will be contacted to
either try another photo or cancel the order and your money will be refunded.

Exchange Policy: Non-Personalized Items
We will accept return on non-personalized items if they were received damaged by the customer. The customer should contact us within 7 days of receiving
the item. Once the item is received by PictureIt Creations, LLC, a new item will be sent out to the customer. Return shipping to be paid by the buyer.

For items that are engraved incorrectly, the customer should contact us within 7 days of receiving the item(s). A new item will be engraved immediately and
shipped to the customer. After receiving the corrected item, we ask that the buyer use that packaging to return the mis-engraved item. We use these as
"test pieces".

service representative will work with you on a discount to purchase new items to be engraved correctly. Again, we ask that the customer use that packaging
