Order Status

Check Order Status

As orders are received, payments received and are processed, completed and shipped, your consultant will change the status of the order.  You can check the status online any time as long as it was purchased using an online customer account (not a guest account).

To check order status,

  1. Login to your customer account.
  2. Click "Check my Order"
  3. All of your orders placed online will be listed.  You can check order status from this screen.
  4. You can click "View Details" to see the specific items purchased on this order.
