PERSONALIZED GIFT ITEMS
For items that are personalized incorrectly, the customer should contact us within 7 days of receiving the item(s). A new item will be personalized immediately and shipped to the customer. After receiving the corrected item, we ask that the buyer use that packaging to return the mis-engraved item.
For items that are personalized incorrectly because of an error at the time or ordering, the customer should contact us within 7 days of receiving the item(s). A customer service representative will work with you to purchase new items to be personalized correctly. PictureIt Creations is not responsible for any errors such as image uploading errors, typographical errors, punctuation, spelling, etc. We personalize the item exactly how the order is submitted. We do give you a chance to confirm your order while reviewing your cart and on the confirmation screen before submitting your final order. Customer is reponsible for all additional shipping fees.
Personalized items can only be exchanged for the same item and only for errors in personalization, broken during shipping and not working properly as the product listing page states it should. All sales of personalized items are final.
PictureIt Creations is not responsible for any fees associated with replacement parts or repairs for any gift items that aren't working properly at the time of delivery. These circumstances must be worked out with PictureIt Creations.
NON PERSONALIZED ITEMS
All non-personalized gift items can be returned within 7 business days. A refund of the cost of the product will be issued as soon as the product is received from the buyer. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from PictureIt Creations. Refunds can only be applied to the same card/account the order was placed with.
Any coupons used to purchase non-personalized items that are being returned cannot be re-issued for future purchases.
Any gift certificates used to purchase non-personalized items that are being returned will be applied back to the gift certificate for future use.
PictureIt Creations is not responsible for any fees associated with replacement parts or repairs for any gift items that aren't working properly at the time of delivery. These circumstances must be worked out with PictureIt Creations, directly.
All gift certificate purchases are final and cannot be returned for a refund.
