Our online shopping cart is managed by PayPal's secure website. When you choose your items and purchase through PayPal (no account needed), your financial information is never transmitted to PictureIt Creations, LLC or any third parties.

PictureIt Creations, LLC will not send unsolicited email to our customers.  We only use your email address in the following ways:

• Order and Shipment confirmation emails.  When you place an order, we will send you an email that indicates that we have received your order.  If we have any questions regarding the processing of your order, we will contact you via email.  And, when your products are complete, we will send you a shipment notification letting you know that the package(s) are on the way.
  
• Email Newsletters and Promotions.  When you provide your email address to us at PictureIt Creations, LLC (either by registering with us or being a previous customer), you will be eligible for sales coupons, discounts, promotional offers that aren't offered to the general public.

There is a 6% Sales Tax on every order with a billing address in Michigan.  Sales tax will be added to your order in the shopping cart and is not included in the price on the product listing pages.

PictureIt Creations, LLC engraves all material such as clipart, photos, logos and text.  This is a family owned and operated company and we reserve the right to turn down any questionable material including but not limited to: adult content, profanity, slander towards religion, sexual preference, gender, race or nationality.  If any of your material may fall into one of these categories, please contact a representative for approval prior to making a purchase.

We respect and support the work of artists of all kinds such as painters, writers, photographers and the like.  Using the work of an artist for engraving and personalization of your gift items without the consent of the artist, is highly discouraged.

By purchasing from PictureIt Creations, you are agreeing that you are the owner of the artwork (including, but not limited to, writings, quotes, photos, digital images and paintings) either by creating the artwork yourself or by recieving/purchasing the artwork rights from the artist.
