Had two custom mugs and two custom rocks glasses created for a friend for his birthday with his family crest engraved on it. After trying to get them engraved on a pewter tankard and having zero customer service response in a timely manner elsewhere, I decided to ask about glass engraving. The glasses turned out beautiful and the service was quick and I was even sent a picture of a sample engraving of my crest before I purchased which I thought was really fantastic.
